What is the Firm Cancellation Policy?
The Firm Cancellation Policy is a non-refundable booking option that gives both parties greater confidence in their travel plans.
In the rides with Instant Booking: Once a seat is booked, the booking price and booking fee are immediately non-refundable.
In rides with Request to Book: As soon as the driver confirms the booking request, the booking price and booking fee are non-refundable.
Unlike our flexible cancellation options, this policy does not allow refunds — no matter how early a cancellation is made.
