2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use ProximaRide in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

⏺ Harassing, threatening, or harming other users.
⏺ Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Ride Policies
When offering or booking rides through ProximaRide, you agree to:

⏺ Honor all commitments made to other users.
⏺ Communicate promptly regarding any changes or cancellations.
⏺ Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
5. Fees and Payments
ProximaRide may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to your use of the services. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner.
6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on ProximaRide, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ProximaRide or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
ProximaRide provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. Your use of ProximaRide is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProximaRide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ProximaRide at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
11. Modifications to Terms
ProximaRide may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
